Genuine Triumph OEM Exhaust Header Gasket.
A crush-style washer used to create a tight, leak-free seal where the exhaust headers bolt into the cylinder head. Because these are crush gaskets, they deform upon tightening and cannot be reliably re-used; they must be replaced every time you remove your exhaust headers.

Installation Tips:
- Orientation Matters: If you notice the sides look slightly different, the flatter or more tapered edge typically faces toward the engine port while the wider, rounded crush ridge pushes against the exhaust header lip.
- Torque to Spec: Tighten your header nuts evenly in alternating stages to ensure the gasket crushes uniformly and doesn't create an exhaust leak.
